Surely (don't call me Shirley) the company has an obligation to advise WTF with the missed guidelines. Failure to do so will see the credibility of management go thru the floor ..along with the share price. When Management used to answer my emails they would always stress "but it is your company- we are just the Managers of your cash input" ...so WTF ...please explain!!
