I'm long on this, and I hope is "doesn't pass" either.
Problem is, there isn't anything that needs "passing" to date.
Call your Federal MP's office and ask them!
The last news article I posted also noted that Medicare incentives don't require legislative approval. This is why the gov has stated that the change begins July 1st. They have never mentioned a vote, or passing or anything of the nature.
Again, call your Federal MP and get the details.
