That proposal was rejected by the shire . Fact .
I'll spell it out for you . I don't care if you take notice or not .
If they couldn't get a permit for inert landfill . How would they get one for PASS ? If you did your research you might find that a new PASS disposal site may even have to be approved by parliament . Go and do the research .
