My take on the Ann:
The CNE diagram shown shows there are 3 units:

• Upper Unit - this unit has 7 bands/sections- prob thin sands
• Middle Unit - a primary unit. - The only primary unit in SNE-1
• Lower Unit - a primary unit. - The lower unit was DST tested in SNE-2

From FAR Ann:

A DST of the UPPER  UNIT "heterolithic" reservoir flowed oil at a maximum rate of ~1,000 bopd (unstable)

A DST of the LOWER  UNIT reservoir flowed oil at a constrained rate of 8,000 bopd

From this Diagram and the ann the MIDDLE UNIT was not DST (prob because it is similar to the LOWER UNIT)
