    where would the price of UML be in this market without the 0.029 offer / underwrite - as a no longer producer I suspect much lower than where it is today - bring on the cash return ASAP as lots of screaming buys starting to appear in this market that are already in production. If it trades at or above 2.9 it's exit time.
