I went to masters for the first time , my first impression was their were more staff than customers, the bunnings i go to usually is always full. I do think its a good market to be in, but boy they screwed up with the execution all they had to do was copy bunnings, was surprised at how clean it was. Woolies is fine, way more stores and better locations and margins than coles.
