It's a very valid question Bilgey.

I held a stock a few years ago that was very similarly heavily analysed and discussed on these threads and was subject of a takeover.

Came from as far out of left field as you could ever imagine. Built from the float and followed like nothing else I've seen.

The board was highly respected and lost a lot of friends when recommending shareholders accept the TO.

There was no Farjoy but incredibly the shareholders were rallied through the chat site and a respsected holder who had established a rapport with the board became the spokesperson. He made it very clear that the TO was not going to get up as they had pledges from shareholders online to reject the offer.

There was only the one bidder but they managed to get the bid raised some 20-25% and the sale went through, Though many were not happy still, including myself.

So therefore the power of a collective is greater than you might think when the chips are down.
