Whisky would bet on that ........... shipping companies are making a killing in the low cost oil environment that exists today (oil producers are frantically shipping as much as they can and ironically their operating costs are dropping due to the low cost of oil LOL) and hence orders for new tankers are at an all time high so am guessing the cost of converting a tanker to an FPSO could be escalating however CNE went out for expressions of interest way back Feb 2014 so maybe, just maybethey have managed to lock in a supplier at this point.
