That's OK DB ....................... however I believe those comments are either from the CMD or CNE annual report either way its around the time that shipping crude took off and shipping companies realised they were in for a bonanza and started a rush of tanker orders however IF the JV can jump the que by taking up a cancelled order then they MAY!!!! get it a little cheaper, will be interesting to see.
