It has been common in the past that there would be a dump of shares before it is known by the broader market of a hold up in progress.
Maybe someone and a few others are selling before the EGM tomorrow before we are told that it is still some time before results are out.
This company has always been a leaky ship as a few always find out about time delays before the rest of us.
Just one theory of many at the moment.
