CIMIC has offered a premium of approximately 30% for Sedgman and in doing so noted that Sedgman has a significant net cash balance (therefore reducing the enterprise value).
Macmahon is in a similar situation with an EV significantly lower than market cap due to no debt / net cash balance. That being the case, I would think an offer of 15 - 20c for MAH to be very optimistic and a premium closer to that offered for Sedgman more likely.
