It will go to $1.10 if (and only if) they pay off the convertible notes.
Roughly 180 notes that accrue interest with conversion price 40c.
Total face value around $5.5m....They have enough cash to pay it off....Do it.
If they don't , this will result in 20% dilution (not to mention the interest)....This is not nice.
