Current Paladin SP is 23 cents .. If they own 82$ of SMM stock you would have thought that the SMM share price is at 15 cents is cheap relative to the mother ship. SMM holds a lot of Uranium ground in North West Qld. Maybe Paladin consider SMM as the exploration vehicle at a discount.
3% for the little fish is very small .. just watch for any future dilution events. The top 3 shareholders according to your post hold all the cards. However MMM have some interesting ground around the traps.

Caveat Emptor .. obviously DYOR ..Uranium could be a good thing in the near term but you must understand the Qld Gov mindset in relation to Uranium mining ..there is a new government in power. Will they overturn the previous governments stance?
