@jorpra - I don't think the Thor Mining project is ever going ahead which is one more cross for Nagrom. Although I think it is more Thor's problem than Nagrom's. However it could indicate that there could be other projects on the list that may not be going ahead.
Not sure if it was unlucky for PLS or inexperience, either way there are many lessons to be learned here which with the appointment of someone experienced like KB will be learnt. Ultimately it would be preferable for PLS to resolve this quickly and effectively.
