Proper return in market confidence in my view is when the negative news stops flowing, RBS stop telling their clients to sell everything other than quality bonds and the iron ore price increases for a substantial reason. Basically the doom and gloom over the whole market needs to lift. Then hopefully we'll see a proper sustained reverse in the downward trend of this share.
I'm an ordinary punter. There's no science to it IMO. It's a feel.
And frankly its no more irrational than the "experts" who get it wrong time and time again!!
It's only worth what the market will pay for it from day to day, so how can you set a valuation? Wasn't the expert "valuation" of this share near $50 fairly recently? Happy to be an amateur
