This may of been mentioned previously, but I think it is an important point. A2 milk at my Coles is labelled with the 'Everyday low price' branding. Not sure if that is now at all Coles nationally? The shelf space has grown to roughly 25% of the milk fridge. Sales must be ok if it is taking up more shelf space and coles are committing their "everyday" branding to it.
They need to ditch the ice cream though at $10 a tub. It will never compete with $4-5 tubs of Peters, Streets, Bulla, et al. A couple of scoops of icecream wont give anyone major gut issues imho. Stick to fresh milk and powder and make a sustainable profit before farting around with $10 tubs of icecream.
