In my experience, change of control clauses are pretty much standard in mining services agreements, particularly with major producers, so I would be very surprised if the Tropicana agreement doesn't include one. I'm less sure about the Martabe agreement, however, given both Thiess and Leighton have been heavily involved with that project it is not a long bow to draw in suggesting the recent award went to MAH because G-Resources didn't want Leighton (now known only as Thiess in Indo).
