Exactly- so what is your point-
They are not spending time on anything they can't win-
Another sad person that really does not get the business of what lawyers are about---
I.E. anyone that has not used a lawyer-
First step they charge you for a consultation- at which point they asses if it is worth taking on( your cost)
Then if they deem whether they can make money (win)
Then they start billing -Hope that explains the process of some other hapless reader of your not very honest or accurate post----
