Those that are saying the deal for the con. notes is in the favour of the lender need to look back at what was going on at that time, and the share price, and the lack of support for the placements the company was trying to make. Sometimes a punt pays off. Could of done well out of the Melbourne Cup as well.
They may wait for the deal to go thru, and off load thru a crossing, they may have already done a deal.
