I do not think so. FMG is third on the global cost curve with a c1 similar to BHP at US$15 per ton by June 2016. Also does not have to cover Samarco and US onshore oil & gas. At US$25.00 BHP IO is loss making and Oil & Gas is loss making so everyone is stuffed.
