I've often thought about this myself and all i can offer is that I don't know of any legal way to organise a 1 share trade in isolation with a 3rd party. Technically/illegally though, yes it can be done if you think about it.
Are others of this understanding?
As I've said previously though - a solid forward thinking company regardless with big things in its future.
