Hot, interested to hear your thoughts in regards to the amount of Debt that AWE has?
Also, they are continuing to borrow as we speak, because they failed to hedge much oil, however their gas sales are largely locked into long term contracts, at least for now.
Either way, AWE has large assets that require capex. If things get ugly, I honestly think AWE could even go down another 50%, not because it will fail, but simply the fear that all the debt they have taken on is suddenly not an advantage, but in fact a massive weight around their necks.
I hold a few, but have had them for years, so they are well down already, just keeping an eye on things these days. Sigh.
