    Apparently DSH acquired Mac1 Pty Ltd in September 2014. Is anyone aware of an ASX announcement confirming the acquisition?

    I thought under AASB 3 DSH was required to provide the accounting for the acquisition (i.e. net assets acquired at fair value and details of the consideration given) in their annual report (much like the Anchorage acquisition of Dick Smith is in the FY14 accounts).

    Nothing I can see in the FY15 report or presentations shows Mac1 acquisition.
