China will do this project in time I have no doubt, but what is equally clear to me now is that it won't be with SDL. Once SDL has gone broke and is dead and buried (which now seems imminent) they will pick the whole thing up for free and move very quickly. Management haven't been good enough to find someone other than China. SDL have lost, China have won (through their usual dirty tactics). What a disgrace.
