It may turn out that TON does a deal with Grafex for the remaining 10% by assuming the liability for the capital gains tax. In other words, after the current USD $1M paid in cash and shares to Grafex, no more cash or shares to Grafex and this is certainly the case from reading the prospectus. TON may also achieve significant tax credits as the Nicanda Hill and Ancuabe projects are developed which may well be offset against the CGT liability. Please DYOR.
