Sure, but you list on the ASX to secure funding. That's why you go public. So maybe the 5mil through listing is all they'll raise? Doubt it. Not a thing that'll stop me buying shares, I just wanted to think about re size of free float.

Huge free float won't necessarily matter though 1) escrowed so like abdm says, plenty time to do whatever you want prior to them being on the market. (Though even the knowledge of their looming presence will change behaviour of buyers) 2) if they get as huge as their marketing/road show etc leads you to believe they will, then who cares when at the mo you can buy them for 15m.

I like to talk (write) out some of my thinking so that's all I'm doing. No doubt I'll start to get a plan going for this one. Looks exciting. Thanks to those who've posted great info. Cheers all.
