Hi all...I'm a bit confused. Read a bit about an announcement in UK about a 5 year deal with Brightside Insurance...IMHO this may be price sensitive but in any case needed to be announced here...I understand there was preliminary work for a few weeks to see it the "agreement" worked before sign-off and announced a month later...but not on the ASX announcement...is this deemed to be "insider information" and the reason for an "up sgh" on "down asx" day???
Any help would be appreciated...or should we ALL HOTCOPPER reader call the SGH IR line...something stinks...
