    Hi ozwire,

    No, Porter won't be 'coughing up funds,' the $11m liability SDL has to Porter would be reduced by whatever amount of rights Porter takes up.

    As baukaw has stated, the net result either way is $5m cash to SDL + the $11m Porter liability being discharged.
