So we go from 3.1 BILLION shares tripled to 9.3 BILLION shares (if 0.6c options are exercised), and if all of us boycott this issue then Porter can cough up funds under the sub-underwriting to get 69% of the newly issued shares and options. Effectively we are giving away nearly half the company. Am I missing something??
