It's been a long and painful journey for WTR.
In my opinion - given the state of the mineral sands market, coupled with the current geopolitical climate - this doesn't seem like such a bad offer. it's unlikely that any sort of counter offer will be made in the short term.
I will sit back and watch with interest but there looks to finally be some light at the end of the tunnel for the average shareholder. It will be interesting to see how the asset fits in with the broader investment goals of AMED if they pull it off.
