Very Interesting incentive plan that seems to be a significant stretch target but will come as a reward to all if achieved.

$4.50 is higher than any price we have seen so far and expires in a bit over a year. To maintain it for 60 days will be another feat in itself.

I’m guessing this has been put in place so all efforts go into getting the deal in the USA done.

We were last told it would take 12-18 months and would be a game changer.. The expiry date sits within that time frame.

A little upset that I have had to sell some recently but I can only wish for us to hit $4.50. ($5.50 would be a dream)

Also looking forward to see if they announce resumption of dividend payments.

I wonder if they are looking at acquiring any other additional businesses?
