End Game?

Looks like a few ducks are starting to line up.

With Brockwaste stating that the WMRC plant will commence production in April 2016 (https://m.facebook.com/brockwaste?ref=ts&fref=ts), and the information announced by AnaeCo that Monadelphous have extended their funding facility until April 2016, it appears we may finally be in the end game for this project.  

If the WMRC council minutes concur with this start date it would seem to imply that all requisite parties (Palisade - who own Brockwaste), AnaeCo and Monadelphous have reached some sort of agreement regarding the pathway to completion and commencement of operations timing.

The council minutes will be out in a couple of weeks (the start of Feb) so shouldn't have to wait too long to find out...
