i think the move to 2min free, is pretty much saying that wp-wp is just about ready for release.
that wont be far away, and imo probably with the variable pricing etc, will be the catalyst for a bigger move higher, as it is a major feature, and will be expected to accelerate downloads.
SO marketing with this feature, should see the fortnightly updates following it do well. (and variable pricing, increase revenues)
