You need to look at facts not what is posted.
No one gave themself shares for a job well done they where for the extra time spent doing extra work for EGO I think if you did extra work you would want to get paid for your time we do not live in china.
The only shares for a job well done are the CEO share and he does not get any until the SP gets to $2 and that is worth the shares .
The board did not put a time frame on share holders value the times quoted are poster speculations.
