I think the writer has mixed up Energy world corporation with Pagbilao Energy Corp and confused is being coal-power based. In the gas section, the writer mentioned only one project i.e. of First Gen Corp. Never mentioned of the second gas project which I believe is EWC.
"Meanwhile, the target commercial operation of the 420-MW coal-fired plant of Pagbilao Energy Corp. and the 460-MW coal plant of San Buenaventura Power Ltd. Co. is set for November 2017 and June 2019, respectively."
