Perhaps we should be grateful that on this occasion they did get a capital raising away as the chances of any further capex raisings in todays economic climate are not all that good.
Still, I agree with you on principal, there are to many shares on issue which is why HDR is one of the favourite stocks for shorters and manipulators.
Perhaps we should do a stock consolidation. i.e 1:3 ratio
