Dear Ouisa,
Have just received my SPP letter in the mail. I have been a longtime and patient shareholder. I always hoped management and operational procedures were being conducted more professionally than appeared to us 'smaller shareholders'.
However, with the standard of this most recent communication I have finally accepted how amateur they are. It is a crying, if not criminal shame with such high potential technology AND in a high growth sector, I believe.
I am not quite sure about your conjecture re the issue of shares to the company's credit provider and these shares being unloaded on the market. I ask you, who would buy them?
Do you think our only hope now is for someone with both the capital, vision, expertise and the integrity to pick up the company in a firesale situation and begin to progress as it should?
Down, but not quite out!
Rgds,
Lilac
