If a CR is to be forthcoming the earliest you would expect it would be mid Feb as SGH will need to get the 1H16 audit locked down, which won't be a simple process given recent accounting dramas and a change of auditor and new subsidiary in UK...banks also won't move before then as the accounting sign off is everything for this group
