Ok, reading between the lines the guy that got charged and fined really made no money out the trades only his clients made any return, still a bit dodgy but really a little naive on behalf of Norman and Ashby at the time.
The amazing thing is how the hell did they get caught in the first place, someone with a big mouth I suspect.

With mining stocks being hit hard I would have though some money would have trickled into stock like CSS, but I fear without any announcement it will drift lower.
which means it's probably a good time to top up!
