From a revised figure of 7.5% which was the original target in 2014 .Next years target @ 6.5% is a slide.
and remember PMI is 48.5 which shows contraction in manufacturing
They did import a record amount of oil for 2015 which is a great sign, but not enough to take a big enough bite out of the glut I am afraid IMO
