Kirtlan selling doesnt bother me. He has been selling what was probably an excessively overweight position in COE for ages, mostly in a measured manner, ie not dumping IMO.

Scott has not sold a share as far as I am aware, despite the scandalous assertion posted here several weeks ago (keep that up postings like that and I'd expect you to be subject to an ASIC query). Nor Hanc.ock as far as I am aware. Substantial selling by either of these, or key staff like Todd might concern me, but not Kirtlan, who seems to have become a much less involved NED in COE, and is based in London. Perhaps a more valid criticism would be to query whether he should remain a director?
