Retail like you and me pay for each trade. So if I were to buy , say , 100 000 shares I would buy once and pay a commission fee of roughly $200.
I would not on the other hand buy that amount in small parcels of 100, 200, 300 shares. It would cost you and me thousands in fees. Instos don't play by the same rules. In addition watch the depth and you'll start picking it up.
