I've done some checking and no one has heard that rumor so I can only assume you started it. There are fake Minelab PI detectors and coils but no fake ZEDs and I don't think there ever will be. To start with, the counterfeiters would have to know something about the science. Who would they turn to for that, you, lol, and if they did set up a factory then it means the market thinks the ZED is far better than you make out!!!!!
