I still hope they are investigating all this, certain people that were involved in the company at the time seem to have strong opinions that GRR have a case, maybe they were lending pens out back then with a little note what to write.
I would expect civil action for damage to the companies name if this gets thrown out of court which it should by the sounds of it then under the threat of legal action he can cut a deal and come clean on everything, there may be some fireworks yet time will tell, I'm sure the companies legal eagles are on to all this anyway.
