I think they ran a 'Beta' release trial in just a couple of counties to work out which part of the model worked best and what needed fine tuning.
Now there back in the lab and also working up all the affiliate partnerships needed behind the scenes.
Note - I have no real knowledge of where it's at right now, I'm just recalling a previous Holmes update when he had a chat with Dom prior to Xmas
