It would be a very tough ask for management to create the kind of shareholder gains without this kind of deal. This is good for all shareholders IMO.

Yes Mantle has required a substantial cash injection to really get things running. There is no way that they will spending any money developing an uneconomic copper project, that is the whole reason why IBML is buying into 2-3 economic gold projects.
