Based on last price it's more like a 20% discount! Interesting how we wear the biggest risk and as the project becomes steadilly less risky we sell a few cheaper shares!
I also can't see why they need $40m cash buffer. At worst case they seem to only need $22m of that by December 2016. Why not hold off the CR as conditions are improving?
