I am experiencing same delays too. I telephoned them and anyone else experiencing same issues need to ring too. When I said its ongoing issues weekly, response was well no one else is ringing with same issues. Terrible service, but more people that ring him (I know its a pain to do) the more they will address issues and hopefully fix them. (wont hold my breath though)
