He has taken the company to a different level. Many are short sighted to only judge a company on the current stock price then.

Amended protocol to all deaths - i doubt the fda would have allowed for this protocol to be in the first place.

The suspension is basically what took the stock to these levels + biotech selloff + market collapsing.

HTWR from 99 to 25 low. Even st Jude dropped from 80s to 50s.

We do not have a clue what is happening behind the scenes.

Someone could easily have used all this drama to push the price down to 1 and to add there.
easily done with a tightly held low float like ssh.

when those who hold the cards want this to move up it will move up. some big holders dont care that their holding has gone 90% south , they are looking at the prize in the end.

imagine the suspension didnt happen and the price is $10 would you sell and move on ? I doubt it. Because deep down you know that the company will be sold if succesful for at least 4 times that.
Feelings and sentiment change when you hit rock bottom and thats natural.

He was asked to leave and I see it as a mix of politics + those who want him out. Even during his tenure , Erb signs off on everything as he was the chairman.

We all got hit with these lows. 3 things to do

1- sell and accept ur losses and move on - incase this moves to bankruptcy which i doubt it will.
2- close your eyes and hold and come back in 6 months time.
3- add at record low levels

when we hopefully go back higher , buying here would be the best thing you would have done.

throwing all the blame on rosa is just stupid. everyones entitled to their sentiment and argument.

*** If i was a potential buyer. Id put SSH in a corner with dilution fears. Gives me more leverage. Id put my own men in control ( rosa leaves - so does half of the management team )

point - there has been a planned re shuffle. I doubt lovett would have been appointed without consulting the new ceo.

why did rosa not buy shares ? hes getting options for a stock which will most likely be bought out if succesful

once atakeover bid is made , all options can be excercised.

Have you seen a single SSH sell from management ( not for tax purposes ) except for Dr Will Peters ? at $6 ?

And im sure Dr Peters is a major shareholder through different funds.

This is a golden ticket for many , I doubt they will let it go cheaply and that is why im holding.

Worst case scenario you get sold for peanuts ? $200m ? thats a 10x return from todays level.

* last offering was $10.5 . do you think all these big funds/inst. didnt do their dd on the company ? a sequence of unlucky bad events got us here.

the fundamentals - data - science - research and the fda are the most important aspects and if they are positive which so far they are , then this will be a success.


- to the person who said the trial is taking forever. : thoratec's trial which started before us enrolled i think 1 patient only and the trial was abandoned. A company which was sold for 3.5 billion. a trial will take time. id rather it takes 3 times the time and its successful than rushing it and messing everything.

to conclude - not happy with the price. but still believing in the product and the company and the market potential. seen stocks with the same behaviour and some reached the sky.

if the only reason you are here is to recoup your losses then goodluck , but to me nothing has changed except the stock price.

that doesnt mean a nightmare scenario couldnt happen and this goes under , but im hopeful things are looking up.
