Citrofresh enters MOU with Ansell

Sydney - Wednesday - July 19: (RWE Australian Business News) -
Citrofresh International Ltd (ASX code: CTF) today confirmed it was in
discussions with Ansell Ltd (ASX code: ANN) in respect of a potential
agreement to provide Ansell with exclusive access to a range of
Citrofresh products and technology for use in global markets.
The parties have entered a memorandum of understanding (MOU) and
are working towards finalisation of a suitable agreement.
Citrofresh is hoping to make a further announcement in relation
to the proposed arrangements within the next month.
